Day 1 : Frankfurt

Today was mostly a fly day, but we did arrive in Frankfurt around 8pm so after checking into the hotel off or the Christmass market.  It was closed down but there were a lot of people out at a few bars around there.

One thing I did notice is for restaurants I saw Chinese, Mediterranean, kabobs, Irish pub, Mexican (or so it said). Nothing jumped out at me and said I'm german.  I did see one stand with brots, but that's it. 

Here is the Christmas tree in frankfurts square.  It was a real tree with all it imperfections I really liked it.
